• Migrate the platform onto a new design system one section at a time, owning the wireframes, mockups, and the production front-end (HTML, CSS, jQuery).
• Extend an inherited, incomplete style guide by designing the patterns it doesn't cover (tabbed layouts, two-column search, a card system for dense workflow tables) and keeping them consistent across sections so users don't relearn the interface page by page.
• Rebuild dense real-estate workflow screens (sales, listings, AML checks) so twenty years of business logic reads at a glance.
• Modernize legacy jQuery and enforce Content Security Policy compliance across the codebase.

• eMailChef (app.emailchef.com): led UX/UI and front-end for the web platform that replaced the desktop mailer Sendblaster. Organized a growing feature set (signup forms, an advanced template editor, autoresponders, analytics) into clear sections with constant orientation, and made email personalization the product's edge against larger competitors.
• MailStyler Online: UX/UI and front-end for the web version of a drag-and-drop newsletter editor, integrated with eMailChef.
• TurboSMTP (dashboard.serversmtp.com): redesigned the dashboard of a professional SMTP provider, improving usability and accessibility.
• Built and maintained style guides and reusable component patterns across products.
